Dear Highlands Neighbors,

As we enter this season of gratitude, the Board of Directors would like to wish you and your families a warm and joyful Thanksgiving.

This year, we are especially thankful for you—the homeowners who have taken the time to learn about the state of our HOA, understand the seriousness of the financial crisis, and work alongside us toward solutions. Your willingness to engage, ask questions, and participate in the amendment process has been an incredible encouragement.

Because of your involvement, our community is working together to avoid court-appointed receivership and instead move forward in a way that keeps decisions in the hands of Highlands homeowners. We cannot overstate how grateful we are for the unity, care, and cooperation you’ve shown during this challenging season.

We’ll be sharing exciting next steps regarding the amendments soon. Please keep an eye on your inbox—good news is on the way!
