Check-in begins at 6:00 PM — we strongly encourage attendees to arrive as close to 6:00 PM as possible to allow time for verification before the meeting begins, given anticipated high attendance.

Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If attendance exceeds available seating, the back of the room may become standing room only.

Owner Input Policy

For some time now, this current board has made it a consistent priority to hold owner input at the beginning of board meetings — giving residents the opportunity to share their thoughts before discussions and decisions take place. A second opportunity for input is also provided at the end of the meeting.

Input is limited to agenda items only

  • A completed owner input form must be submitted before the owner input portion begins
  • Owners are limited to 3 minutes per person during the first input period
  • Those who spoke earlier may receive 1 additional minute at the end
  • Those who did not speak earlier may use their full 3 minutes at the end

Please note: All owner input rules will be strictly enforced.

Attendance & Verification Requirements

Attendance is limited to verified members of the Association, in accordance with our governing documents.

Only the following individuals may attend:

Owners listed on a property deed

Individuals with a valid Power of Attorney

Authorized representatives of a trust or corporate entity

All attendees must present valid government-issued photo ID.

Additional Required Documentation (if applicable):

• If your property is owned by a trust, bring documentation showing you are a trustee or beneficiary

• If your property is owned by a company or corporate entity, bring documentation confirming you are an officer or have corporate authorization

• If you are attending under Power of Attorney, bring a copy of the signed POA document

Individuals who cannot be verified or do not have the proper documentation will not be permitted to attend and will be asked to leave.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping us maintain a productive and respectful meeting environment. We look forward to seeing you there!
