It has come to our attention that misleading and false claims are being circulated by an individual canvassing in our community, specifically alleging that the Board of Directors and management have stolen funds from the HOA. These statements are completely false and unfounded.

Your Board is committed to full transparency in all financial matters. Every homeowner has access to detailed financial records, including budgets, contracts and bids, financial reports and more, which are available 24/7 through the Owner Portal. Additionally, a “State of the HOA” video presentation is available on the portal dashboard, providing a clear overview of our community’s financial health and operations.
