IMPORTANT NOTICE: Member Verification Required for Annual Meeting Attendance

Dear Homeowners,

As we prepare for the upcoming Annual Meeting of the Association, please be aware that attendance is limited to verified members of the Association in accordance with our governing documents. To ensure a smooth and orderly meeting, we are implementing a verification process at check-in.

Please be advised of the following:

• Only Association members listed on a property deed, those with a valid Power of Attorney, or authorized representatives of trusts or corporate entities may attend the meeting.

• All attendees will be required to present valid photo identification upon arrival.

• If a property is owned by a trust, the individual must present documentation showing they are a trustee or beneficiary of the trust.

• If a property is owned by a company or corporate entity, the individual must present corporate documents confirming they are an officer of the company or have corporate authorization to represent the entity.

• Individuals who cannot be verified as members or do not have the appropriate documentation will not be allowed to attend and will be asked to leave.

We encourage all owners and authorized representatives to bring both photo ID and, if applicable, the necessary supporting documents to ensure a quick and respectful verification process.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity and security of our Annual Meeting.

Sincerely,
